1. High-performance Wireless Charging System for AGVs


High-efficiency, artificial intelligence wireless charging system for automated guided vehicles. High-performance wireless charging system and control technology with high efficiency of more than 90% for various battery capacities, small foreign object detection, excellent electromagnetic wave characteristics, and medium-range wireless power transmission technology




- Collaboration with DONG YANG E&P Inc., SOLETOP Co. and KAIST
- High-efficiency (90%) and safety wireless charging of the batteries of logistics robots in smart factories and various service robots in daily life
- New product is released after Jan. 1 in 2021.
- Innovation : Smart wireless charging technology equipped with a function to detect foreign/living objects using images and artificial intelligence
- Marketability : A new wireless power transmission technology that can be applied to medium-distance (more than 1m) applications such as rotating bodies in smart factories
- Prototypes and Video production can be displayed
- This technology has never been presented in CES.


2. Omnidirectional Immersive Video Service Technology


Immersive video service technology that provides smooth motion parallax and realistic binocular disparity according to the movement of the HMD user.
- Realistic stereoscopic 360° VR video services
- Immersive telepresence services




- Collaboration with company CAST.ERA
- Immersive video service technology that provides smooth motion parallax and realistic binocular disparity according to the movement of the HMD user.
- New product is released after Jan. 1 in 2021.
- Innovation and Marketability : By using virtual view synthesis technology, it is possible to provide viewpoint images according to user’s movements combined with rotation and translation, and it has marketability in VR video services that require high immersion.
- Demonstration and exhibition possible in the form of SW running on PC platform.
- This technology has never been presented in CES.


3. Intelligent Media Service Technology


Technology for providing sound media services(detection of obscenity):
1) Lightweight AI engine technology mounted on smart devices from the user-side;
2) Dashboard-type multi-channel streaming monitoring system technology that can control 50 live channels simultaneously from the media provider-side




- Collaboration with company PandoraTV Co.
- AI based media monitoring technology to detect obscenity of streaming media in real-time and control media channel
- New Demonstration System is released after Jan. 1 in 2020
- Innovation and Marketability : Huge market effect for clean internet media and AI based monitoring system for detection of obscene internet media channel
- Demonstration and exhibition dashboard system of multi-streaming monitoring of internet streaming media in a Personal Computer box
- This technology has never been presented in CES.


4. Portable THz NDT system


Portable THz NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) system is a table-top size system that uses un-harmful electromagnetic waves, THz waves, to examine the inside of an object or product that cannot be seen by our naked eyes
- Image based THz NDT system
- Spectrum based THz quality monitoring system
- THz security checking system




- Collaboration with company DMTS Co. Ltd.
- Portable THz NDT(Non-destructive testing) system based on THz imaging and spectroscopy
- New product is released after Jan. 1 in 2021.
- Innovation, Marketability : Small system size (that of table-top) with high-speed image acquisition. Potential market would be the non-destructive testing, 3D-tagging,  and the security checking markets.
- Can be demonstrated as a user-experiential system
- This technology has never been presented in CES.


5. Hyperspectral Imaging Technology


Hyperspectral imaging technology is an electro-optical early detection and diagnostic sensor technology that measures the spectrum of a region of interest with high spectral resolution of  < 5 nm and identify a specific object or substance.




- Collaboration with start-up company Lumir Inc.
- Electro-optical sensor technology that makes it easy to identify a specific object or substance by measuring the spectrum of the region of interest by separating the wavelength of incident light (resolution: 5 nm or less)
- New research prototypes released after Jan. 1 in 2021.
- Innovation : Hyperspectral imaging system technology equipped with high-resolution hyperspectral imaging and image processing automation technology
- Marketability : As a core sensor technology of the 4th industrial revolution that facilitates the identification and discovery of specific objects or substances, rapid growth is expected as an early detection and diagnostic sensor in the fields of food, healthcare, medical care, agriculture, and national defense.
- Prototypes and Video production can be displayed
- This technology has never been presented in CES.


6. Edge AI-based image analysis Technology


Edge AI-based image analysis technology is an ultra-light, real-time object tracking and event detection technology using an AI camera with an NPU
- Dangerous situation monitoring service such as personal crime prevention and fire detection
- Notification service through mobile in case of emergency such as fire




- Collaboration with company MJVisionTech Co.
- Based on the Edge AI Device, CCTV images can be analyzed in real time on
  the Edge device, so the construction cost and processing speed are faster than
  the existing server-type system.
- New product is released after Jan. 1 in 2020
- Innovation and Marketability : Based on deep learning-based image analysis,
  the movement path of pedestrians is tracked in real time and used to find
  missing or lost children
- Demonstration possible in prototype form
- Participated in CES for the first time.
