Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement

1. Information on the collection and usage of personal information of the ETRI

1) The ETRI collects the minimum information required for the webzine mailing service as a mandatory requirement.

2) The ETRI uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.
① E-mail address (required): Used to send newsletters, confirm service termination, etc.

3) All information provided will not be used for purposes other than those required for the above purposes, 
and prior consent will be obtained when the scope, purpose, or use of the collected information is changed.

2. Retention and usage period of personal information
									
Retention and use from the date of service subscription to the date of termination (however, if it is necessary to retain it in accordance with the relevant laws such as the Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Communications Secrets Protection Act, and the Basic Law of Korea, it shall be retained in accordance with the regulations).
