Management Division
The Management Division is comprised of the General Affairs & Security Department, Human Resources Development Department, and Financial Management Department.
We are in charge of various business affairs such as environmental improvements, cultural events, information security, general safety and security, facility maintenance, HR management, education and training, welfare, labor relations, accounting, procurement, and asset management.
The vision of the Management Division is to create 'A Pleasant Environment and An Invigorating Climate.’ The objective of the division is ‘to provide high-class services for our customers.’
- The three main operating targets we established are as follows:
- First, to implement a pleasant and safe research environment;
- Second, to manage human resources to improve creativity of the organization; and
- Third, to establish an accurate and convenient financial management system
