Strategy & Planning Division
The Strategy & Planning Division is organized into three departments: the Management Strategy Department, Project Planning Department, and Performance Management Department. The Management Strategy Department develops policies and plans the budget for the institution. The Project Planning Department creates R&D projects and manages the projects for our researchers. Furthermore, the department is responsible for evaluating our R&D projects as well as our institution’s overall performance.
Under ETRI’s vision, creating future ICT Innovator , each member of our division is looking toward to the challenge and innovation of creating a world-class ICT research institute by devoting themselves to develop the best possible environment for R&D.
To carry the spirit of SPARK (Speed, Perfect, Active, Result, Key of Innovation), our division is working at the forefront of the organization by establishing innovative management strategies. Also, we are creating a system for more productive R&D as well as focusing on creating performance-based management.
