4) Designing an innovative customer-oriented ecosystem
5) Showing the direction for R&D based on future needs.
The Technology Strategy Research Division consists of the Techno-Economics Research Department which analyzes the economic feasibility of core IT R&D, the IT Services Policy Research Department which formulates ICT policies, and the Standard Research Center for leading technical standards development and international standardization for the benefit of the nation.
