Introduction
Nano eletron-source creative research center is focused on studying ultra-high density field emission electron-sources based on nano-scaled materials, for example, carbon nanotube, graphene and nano wires. Especially, we are developing a core technology of quantum-degenerate limit electron sources to overcome the technical limitation of conventional thermionic and cold cathode ones, and applying them to new-concept devices such as a super-miniatured digital X-ray source, smart X-ray computed tomography system, high-power terahertz source.
