IT Convergence Technology Research Laboratory aims to develop the IT convergence solution for the new industry creation, turning industry into first-class and the improvement of Social Overhead Capital (SOC).
To achieve our goal, IT Convergence Technology Research Laboratory develops technologies such as spatial recognition technology, network robot technology, mediated interface technology for human-robot interaction, realistic converged media service system technology based on Single Media Multiple Device (SMMD), home network middleware technology, wired and wireless Ship Area Network (SAN) technology, u-health technology, which manages human health anytime and anywhere, life-care technology, which leads healthy life by management of daily life, neuron interface technology to treat brain diseases, connected vehicle technology for the integration of vehicle, sensor and communication, Ship Area Network technology for the integrated ship monitoring control and the remote maintenance, Radio-Frequency IDentification (RFID) core technologies, Ubiquitous Sensor Network (USN) core technologies, postal logistics process technology, real-time postal logistics operation technology and postal automation network technology.
