Daegu-Gyeongbuk Research Center

Daegu-Gyeongbuk Research center was established at 2006 for the purpose of reinforcing IT R&D capacity, increasing technology competitiveness and creating a value added of IT industry and main industry of the regions. Particularly, Daegu/Gyeongbuk area requires various technical demands about embedded S/W, mobile industry and IT convergence, etc. For satisfying these demands, Daegu-Gyeongbuk Research center has developed collaboration products with regional small and medium enterprises through transferring source technology of ETRI, and also performed technical support to these enterprises on the spot. Especially, since 2008, Daegu-Gyeongbuk Research center has performed research works for developing IT convergence technology which is connected with regional strategic industries. Daegu-Gyeongbuk Research center will become a motive power of growth of regional IT industry through making an constant effort of research & development.
