LTE Small Cell Base Station SW Technology

• This SW technology consists of LTE Layer-2/Layer-3/Layer-3+ functions and their interfaces that play integral roles in LTE Small Cell base stations, such as Residential Femto Cells, Enterprise Small Cells, and Outdoor Small Cells. It is designed to support L2/L3/L3+ protocols that include MAC, RLC, PDCP, GTP, RRC, S1AP, and X2AP based on Releases 8 to 10, conforming to the 3GPP standards.
  Moreover, it includes RRM functions that make efficient use of radio resources, and SON functions by which multiple Small Cells organize a network themselves for better broadband mobile communication.
